我院重症监护病房铜绿假单胞菌耐药性分析

目的了解我院重症监护病房铜绿假单胞菌耐药情况，指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法采集2005年7月～2007年7月我院重症监护病房中已鉴定的65株铜绿假单胞菌，采用纸片扩散法（K—B法）进行药敏实验。结果69株铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南、哌拉西林，他唑巴坦、头孢吡肟敏感性最高，其次为阿米卡星、哌拉西林、庆大霉素，而耐药性较高的为复方新诺明、环丙沙星、头孢他啶、氨曲南。结论我院重症监护病房铜绿假单胞菌对常用的抗生素耐药率较高，临床应根据药敏结果合理使用抗生素，以免耐药菌株的产生。

The Analysis of Sensitivity to Antibiotics of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa in ICU in Hospital

Objective To study the antibiotic resistance of pulmonary aerugionsa in ICU and give advice to clinicians. Methods 69 isolates of paeruginos in ICU were collected from July 2005 to July 2007 and the bacterial susceptibility testing was done by K-B argr diffusion method.
