摘    要:本文通过对板坯从加热炉抽出,一直到出粗轧机组这一过程中的温度变化进行分析,结合实际生产状况和轧制理论,推导出利用粗轧出口的板坯温度来计算出炉温度的数学模型;并对加热炉的实际抽出温度和目标温度存在偏差的问题采用指数平滑法进行自适应控制,使加热炉各加热段的目标温度趋近最佳值。

Abstract:This paper gives an analysis to the temperature variation of the whole process from .Slab discharge to the roughing mill,describes in details the equation of the Temperature Drop Model calculated through the exit temperature of the roughing mill.And then this paper uses exponential smoothing method to control the deviation between the target temperature and the actual discharge temperature so that the self-adaptation control function could be realized,and all temperatures of different heating zones would be close to the optimal values.
