| 摘 要： | 计划经济条件下 ,为应对上级条条块块部门的检查 ,企业交叉重复性地建立规章制度 ,造成企业管理制度体系庞杂、重叠、系统接口脱节 ,可执行性差。为解决系统缺陷 ,江铜德兴铜矿精尾厂导入ISO90 0 0族标准 ,对工厂基础管理进行系统整合 ,收到显著效果。

| Abstract: | Under the planned economy condition, in order to deal with the inspection of superior sections in the vertical system and the horizontal system, the enterprise across and repeatedly establishes rules and regulations and it leads into repeat and confusion of enterprise's management regulations, disjoint interface and bad performability. In order to solve the system issue, the ISO9000 group standard was adopted in the concentrate tailings plant in Dexing Copper Mine to conform the basic management in the factory and achieved notable success. |
