| 摘 要： | 任务管理是PLM系统中实现项目管理和流程控制的重要机制,通过分析基于产品结构的任务管理模型的缺点与不足,根据任务管理的目标和一般过程,提出了一种以任务为中心的任务管理模型,并结合TeamcenterEnterprise4.0,给出了企业任务分配流程的实例。

| Abstract: | Task Management is a primary function of project and process management in product lifecycle management (PLM) system. By analyzing the disadvantages in task management model for the product structure, this paper presents a new task management model based on the task according to basic task object and process. At last, a Life Cycle of Task Distribution is expatiated by Teamcenter Enterprise 4.0. |
