| Abstract: | For meeting the requirements of transforming from war industry to civilian industry, in recent years, institutes engaged in war industry are exploring a way to develop their civil products. In this paper, the analysis of the advantage and shortage for institutes engaged in war industry developing civilian industry is presented, then some reforming measures are proposed from the point of view of mechanism transformation, organization structure, product strategy, marketing, construction of talents group. |
