摘    要:统计技术是开展数据分析处理工作的有效工具。根据第一次全国水利普查的数据特点和数据质量要求,采用统计技术估算水利普查质量评估中的样本量,在一定程度上节约成本和时间,对开展普查数据质量评估具有一定参考作用。

Abstract:The statistical technique is an effective tool for data analysis and processing. Base on the data characteristic and data quality of the First Census for Water in Guangdong Province, the statistical technique is used to estimate sample size for quality evaluation of the census. To a certain extent, it is cost-saving and time efficient. And it is provided a certain reference forquality evaluation of census data.
