摘    要:实验采用"ABR SBR"工艺及EMO复合菌微生物技术处理咖啡因生产废水.结果显示,在实验条件下,该技术对咖啡因生产废水有良好的处理效果,出水COD基本在300 mg/L以下,去除率在90%以上;出水氰根的均值为0.683 mg/L,平均去除率为84.85%;新增吹脱工艺对NH3-N有较好去除效果.整套工艺具有较好的经济效益.

Abstract:Caffeine production wastewater has been treated by "ABR + SBR" process and EMO complex-bacteria technique.The pilot-plant results are as follow:There are good effects on caffeine production wastewater treatment.Effluent with residual contents of below 300 mg/L(removal rate above 90%),0.683 mg/L(removal rate 84.85%)for COD and CN-respectively is obtained.High ammonia-nitrogen removal efficiency has been obtained by air stripping process.And,there have been good economic benefits.
