| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨乙肝后肝硬化患者PLT、MPV、PDW及PAgT的变化。方法 应用血细胞计数仪测定PLT、MPV、PDW，用血小板聚集仪测定PAgT。结果 肝硬化患者PLT、PAgT均显著降低，MPV、PDW显著增加，且随着肝功能损害加重，PLT、PAgT亦随之下降。结论 血小板形态及聚集率的变化可以作为肝硬化患者肝功能评估的参考指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the change of the platelet parameters,including platelet count, mean platelet volume,platelet distribution width and platelet aggregation test in patients with posthepatitis cirrhosis. Methods All patients were grouped two cohorts-compensated and decompensated cirrhosis,the platelet parameters and the PAgT of the two cohorts were compared with the control group. Results The PLT, PAgT reduced significantly and the MPV, PDW increased significantly as compared with the controls. The PLT and PAgT of the decompensated group also reduced significantly as compared with the compensated group. Conclusion The platelet parameters and the PAgT may be a useful index to estimate the liver functions in patients with cirrhosis. |
