2009年德州市德城区手足口病病例的流行病学分析

目的]了解德城区手足口病流行特征,为更好地控制手足口病发生和流行提供科学依据。方法]对德城区2009年3-12月报告的手足口病病例资料进行流行病学分析。结果]2009年3-12月共报告手足口病病例1 120例,无死亡病例,发病率为191.09/10万,未出现暴发疫情。城区发病率为209.36/10万,农村为154.29/10万,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。1 120例中,男性713例,女性407例,男女性别比为1.75∶1;病例年龄以5个月至5岁为主,占96.43%（1 080/1 120）;散居儿童占26.70%,幼托儿童占70.98%;5-10月为高发季节（占82.59%）。结论]德城区手足口病发病率较高,防控形势严峻,应采取有效措施,控制手足口病的传播。

Epidemiological Analysis on Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease Cases in Decheng District of Dezhou City,2009

Objective] To understand the epidemic features of HFMD in Decheng district,,in order to provide scientific basis for the control of the outbreak and spread of hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods]Epidemiological analysis was made on data of hand,foot and mouth disease cases reported in Decheng district,March-December 2009.Results]In March-December 2009,a total of 1 120 cases of hand,foot and mouth disease were reported,without death,the incidence rate of 191.09/10^5,without outbreak.The urban incidence rate was 209.36/105,the rural incidence was 154.29/10^5,with statistically significant difference（P〈0.01）.Of 1 120 cases,males,713 cases,females,407 cases,the male to female ratio was 1.75：1;The main case age group was 5 months to 5 years of age,accounting for 96.43%（1 080/1 120）;Scattered children accounted for 26.70%,kindergarten children accounted for 70.98%;May-October were the peak seasons（accounting for 82.59%）.Conclusion]The incidence of hand,foot and mouth disease is high in Decheng district,the situation of control and prevention is severe,effective measures should be taken to control the spread of hand,foot and mouth disease.
