代谢综合征患者血清抵抗素与血液流变学检测结果分析

目的]探讨代谢综合征（MS）患者血清抵抗素与血液流变学的关系。方法]2004年和2010年,对60例男性MS患者（肥胖组29例,非肥胖组31例）和28例年龄相匹配的男性正常对照者,测定身高、体重、腰围、臀围、血压、血糖、血脂、抵抗素及血液流变学指标,并进行比较分析。结果]BMI、腰围、臀围、腰臀比、收缩压、舒张压,肥胖MS组均大于对照组（P〈0.01）;非肥胖MS组均大于对照组（P〈0.01）。肥胖MS组的BMI、腰围、臀围均大于非肥胖MS组（P〈0.01）。肥胖与非肥胖MS组空腹抵抗素水平均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;空腹血糖、总胆固醇）、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、全血高切粘度值、全血中切粘度值、全血低切粘度值、血浆粘度值、红细胞比积、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数均高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论]MS患者血清抵抗素水平增高,导致血液流变性改变。

The Relationship of the Serum Resistin Level and Hemorheological Indices in Patients with Metabolic Syndrome

Objective] To investigate the relationship of the serum resistin level and hemorheological indices in patients with metabolic syndrome（MS）.Methods]In 2004 and 2010,60 MS patients were divided into obesity group and non-obesity group according to BMI,28 age-matched normal persons were chosen as controls.Height,weight,waist circumstance,hip girth,blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid and hemorheological indices in all the patients and controls were measured and compared.Results]The BMI,waist circumstance,hip girth,waist to hip ratio（WHR）,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure in the obesity group and non-obesity group of MS were significantly higher than those of the control group（P0.01）.The BMI,waist circumstance,hip girth in the obesity group of MS were significantly higher than the non-obesity group of MS（P0.01）.The serum resistin level on an empty stomach in the obesity group and non-obesity group of MS was higher than those of the control group（P0.05 or P0.01）.The FBG,TC,TG,C-HDL,whole blood viscosity at high shear rate,whole blood viscosity at middle shear rate,whole blood viscosity at low shear rate,Plasma Viscosity,HCT,ARBC,IR in the two groups of MS were significantly higher than those of the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion]The increase of serum resistin level in MS patients may causes hemorheological changes.
