| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨应用超声引导下经皮自动枪胸部穿刺活检术对诊断肺部病变的价值。 方法 总结肺部病变 71例 ,采用超声引导下经皮自动枪 (配 18G,Tru- Cut活检针 )胸部穿刺 ,取活检标本 ,经病理检查诊断肺部病变。 结果 71例中发现良性病变 19例 (2 6 .8% ) ,恶性病变 5 0例 (70 .4 % ) ,未明确诊断 2例 (2 .8% )。取材成功率92 .7% ,血痰发生率 7.0 % ,无严重并发症。 结论 该方法对明确诊断肺部病变是一种有效、安全的方法

| Abstract: | Objective\ To investigate the value of diagnosis of lung disease by US\|guided auto\|biopsy.\ Methods\ Collect 71 cases with lung disease, diagnosis by US\|guided lung auto\|biopsy(18G, Tru\|Cut) to obtain a sample from lung to make the pathologial diagnosis.\ Results\ 71 cases were identificed in 19 benign cases(26.8%), in 50 maliglant cases(70.4%), only un\|diagnosis in 2 cases(2.8%).\ Hemo\|sputam occurence rate was 7.0%, no other complication.\ Conclusion\ The diagnosis method used US\|guided auto\|biopsy is a effective and safe method. |
