摘    要:本文讨论了双酚A、环氧氯丙烷二步法合成液态双酚A型环氧树脂醚化反应动力学,并对催化醚化过程中各步反应速率常数及活化能进行了求算。结果表明,在催化剂存在下,酚羟基醚化反应为二级反应,氯醇醚闭环反应为一级反应。

KINETICS OF ETHERIFICATION IN THE SYNTHESIS OF BISPHENOL A AND EPICHLOROHYDRIN
Abstract:The reaction kinetics of etherification in the synthesis of liquid bisphenol A epoxy resin by a two-step method from bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin was discussed, and the cnstant of action and the activation energy for each stage during the catalyzed etherification were calculated. The results showed that, in the presence of catalyst, the etherification of phenol hydroxy groups was a second order reaction and the ring-closing rdaction of chlorohydrin ether was a first order reaction.
