摘    要:研究了一种基于DSP的水泵数字调速系统,采用无刷直流电机作为水泵驱动电机,以TI公司的数字信号处理器TMS320 F2812作为主控芯片,在硬件上设计了整流逆变电路、驱动及保护电路等;通过软件编程,实现转子位置信号的读取、PWM波的产生、电流调节等功能。该系统具有结构简单、可靠性高、扩展能力强等特点;可有效地实现水泵调速功能,达到节能运行的目的。

Abstract:In order to improve the energy efficiency of pumps,this paper presents a digital speed control systembased on DSP for pumping system,using brushless dc motor as driving motor for pumps.Digital signal processor F2812 is used as main control chip.Design for hardware of system are as follows: rectifier,inverter,driving,adjusting and protection circuit.Control program is realized realizes function that contains reading signals,producing PWM wave,sampling of AD,PI adjusting for current.The experimental results show that the system has a simple construction and higher performance-price proportion,and can achieve the goal of energy conservation.
