| 摘 要： | 高职院校在校学生的顶岗实习是学校人才培养的重要方式,＂管理循环、四个阶段＂是从学校、企业和学生等三个主体出发,结合了顶岗实习的管理内容和过程上三个主体的需要,建立的校企合作学生顶岗实习的管理模式。模式的建立有利于企业的经营管理,对企业员工管理模式有了新的实践探索;有利于学校对学生的培养教育,对经管类大学生顶岗实习有较好的借鉴和启示。

| Abstract: | The students＇ post practice in higher vocational colleges is an important mode of school personnel training.＂Management cycle,four stages＂is a management mode,which originates from the school,enterprises and students,taking the need to manage the content and the process of post practice into consideration,thus the model of school-enterprise cooperation in student internship is established.This model is conducive to enterprise management,also exploring a new practice on employee management for enterprise; education for the school.It also enlightens and can be referred to for the post practice among college students majoring in economic management. |
