参芪止血胶囊对大鼠增生型子宫内膜Bcl-2,Bax表达的影响

目的：观察参芪止血胶囊（SQZC）对大鼠增生型子宫内膜中凋亡调节蛋白Bcl-2和Bax表达的影响,探讨其治疗功能性子宫出血病的作用机制。方法：以乙烯雌酚（1 mg/kg）给大鼠灌胃,连续10天,建立大鼠子宫内膜增生模型。造模后大鼠随机分为模型对照组,参芪止血胶囊高、中、低剂量组（360,180,90 mg/kg）,连续给药14天。采用免疫组化SP法检测各组大鼠子宫内膜中Bcl-2和Bax的表达水平。结果：SQZC各剂量组子宫内膜中Bax的表达水平均明显高于模型对照组（P〈0.05）,与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;SQZC各剂量组Bcl-2表达水平均明显低于模型对照组（P〈0.05）,SQZC高、中剂量组与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：SQZC对大鼠子宫内膜Bcl-2和Bax的表达有调节作用。

Effects of ShenQi ZhiXue Capsule on Expression Levels of Bcl-2 and Bax in Proliferative Endometrium of Rats

Objective： To investigate the effects ofShenQi ZhiXue capsule（SQZC） on expression levels of Bcl-2 and Bax in endometrium of rats for exploring mechanism of SQZC in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Method： Model rats with proliferative endometrium were established through intragastfic administration diethylstilbestrol （1 mg/kg） for 10 days. The model rats were randomly assigned into 360, 180, 90 mg/kg of SQZC groups administered for 14 days and model control group. The expression levels Bcl-2 and Bax were detected with immtmohistochemical SP method. Result： The Bax expression levels in different dosage of SQZC groups were much higher than that in the model control group（P〈0.05）, and no statistical meaning when they were compared with normal control group（P〉0.05）. The expression levels of Bax in the 360, 180, 90 mg/kg of SQZC groups were much lower than that in model control group（P〈0.05）, there was no significant difference when they were compared with normal control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： SQZC capsule can adjust the expression of Bax and Bcl-2 in endometrium.
