A型行为对高血压病患者治疗依从性的影响

目的探讨A型行为对社区高血压病患者治疗依从性的影响。方法将140例原发、初发型高血压病患者按行为类型进行分组,降压治疗2个月后判断两组患者的治疗依从性、血压达标率和入院率等。结果最终入选A型行为类型组35例,非A型行为类型组患者88例,两组患者在性别、年龄、文化程度、高血压分级、危险度分层和基线血压等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2个月后,A型行为类型组患者收缩期血压明显高于非A型行为类型组,而依从性和血压达标率明显低于非A型行为类型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论具有A型行为的高血压病患者遵医依从性低,这种行为类型可能是其血压达标率降低的原因之一。

Influence of Type A Behavior on Medical Compliance of Patients with Hypertension
