男性精神障碍患者共病酒精使用障碍现况及影响因素分析

目的探讨男性精神障碍患者共病酒精使用障碍现况及影响因素分析。方法选择2019年4月—2020年4月在医院收治的160例男性精神障碍患者为研究对象,将发生共病酒精使用障碍58例患者作为共病组,未发生共病酒精使用障碍102例患者作为对照组,采用单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析男性精神障碍患者共病酒精使用障碍现况的相关影响因素。结果单因素分析显示,年龄、居住方式、职业、家庭酗酒史、焦虑抑郁程度、社会支持度、每日酒精摄入量、家庭功能、风险诊断、病前性格为影响男性精神障碍患者共病酒精使用障碍的相关因素(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,职业、家庭功能、焦虑抑郁程度、社会支持度、病前性格为男性精神障碍患者共病酒精使用障碍的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论男性精神障碍患者共病酒精使用障碍的危害性极大,且职业、家庭功能、焦虑抑郁程度、社会支持度、病前性格均为其独立影响因素。临床护理人员应采取合理、针对性的干预措施,提高对共病酒精使用障碍的重视度和诊治观念,实现早发现、早诊断、早治疗,尽可能为患者降低共病概率,提高患者的治疗效果及预后。

Current status of comorbid alcohol using disorder and analysis of its influencing factors in male patients with mental disorders

Objective To explore the current status of comorbid alcohol using disorder and analysis of its influencing factors in male patients with mental disorders.Methods To select 160 cases of male patients with mental disorders admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 as the study objects,and 58 cases of patients with comorbid alcohol using disorder were selected as a comorbid group,and the other 102 cases of patients without comorbid alcohol using disorder were selected as a the control group.Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the related influencing factors of comorbid alcohol using disorder in male patients with mental disorders.Results Univariate analysis showed that the age,living mode,occupation,family history of alcohol abuse,degree of anxiety and depression,social support,daily alcohol intake,family function,risk diagnosis,and pre-morbid personality were the related factors affecting comorbid alcohol using disorder in male patients with mental disorders(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the occupation,family function,degree of anxiety and depression,social support,and pre-ill personality were all independent influencing factors of comorbid alcohol using disorder in male patients with mental disorders(P<0.05).Conclusion The comorbid alcohol use disorder in male patients with mental disorders was extremely harmful,and the occupation,family function,degree of anxiety and depression,social support,and pre-ill personality were all independent influencing factors.Clinical nursing staff should adopt reasonable and targeted intervention measures to increase the importance and concept of diagnosis and treatment of comorbid alcohol using disorder,realize early detection,early diagnosis,and early treatment,reduce the probability of comorbidity and improve the treatment effect and prognosis of patients as much as possible.
