摘    要:人力资源管理是国有企业经营发展过程中的一项重要工作,而新时期对人力资源管理工作提出了更高的要求。国有企业要高度重视人力资源管理工作,提升人力资源管理水平,为企业发展提供强有力的人才力量,助推国企稳定可持续发展。论文通过对国企人力资源管理现状进行分析,探讨了国企人力资源管理的创新途径。

Abstract:Human resources management is an important work in the operation and development of state-owned enterprises,but the new era has put forward higher requirements for human resources management.State-owned enterprises should attach great importance to human resources management,improve the level of human resources management,provide a strong talent force for the development of enterprises,and boost the stable and sustainable development of state-owned enterprises.Through analyzing the current situation of human resources management in state-owned enterprises,this paper probes into the innovative ways of human resources management in state-owned enterprises.
