| Abstract: | Human resources management is an important work in the operation and development of state-owned enterprises,but the new era has put forward higher requirements for human resources management.State-owned enterprises should attach great importance to human resources management,improve the level of human resources management,provide a strong talent force for the development of enterprises,and boost the stable and sustainable development of state-owned enterprises.Through analyzing the current situation of human resources management in state-owned enterprises,this paper probes into the innovative ways of human resources management in state-owned enterprises. |
