To analyze value-chains of refineries and to design enterprise management information system

Information technology is an important measure for enterprises to improve and maintain their competition. But the question they most concern with is how to connect different value activities, by which could bring profits with enterprises. To the question of the value activities in production and management of petroleum and chemical enterprises, the enterprise profit point and differentvalue-chain intensively were analyzed, and the avenue and measure was explored to build the enterprise strategic information system to enhance enterprise's competition and improve their profits.
