阿立哌唑对首发儿童精神分裂症心电图的影响

目的：探讨阿立哌唑、利培酮与氯氮平对首发儿童精神分裂症心电图影响的差异.方法：将45例首发儿童精神分裂症随机分为三组,每组15例,分别给予阿立哌唑、利培酮和氯氮平治疗.参照治疗前的心电图,在治疗后第2、4、8周复查心电图,并对结果进行对比分析.结果：三组心电图异常率差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.阿立哌唑组所致心电图改变发生率最低,利培酮组次之,氯氮平组最高.心电图改变以窦性心动过速为主,发生率14.8%;其次是T波改变,发生率6.67%.结论：三种药物均对心电图有影响,但阿立哌唑对精神分裂症儿童心电图影响的发生率较低,所以儿童应用阿立哌唑安全性相对较高.

Effect of aripiprazole on electrocardiogram of first-episode child schizophrenia

Objective ： To compare effects of aripiprazole, risperidone and clozapine on electrocardiogram of first-episode child schizophrenia. Methods：45 cases of first-episode child schizophrenia were randomly divided into three groups （15 cases in each group） ： aripiprazole treatment group, risperidone treatment group and clozapine treatment group. The heart electrocardiograms of the three groups were recorded, analyzed and compared before and 2, 4, and 8 weeks after the treatment. Results： The abnormal electro- cardiogram among the 3 groups showed obvious differences （ P〈0.01 ）. The incidence rate of the abnormal electrocardiogram caused by aripiprazole was the lowest, followed by risperidone; that caused by elozapine was the highest. Sinus tachycardia was the main abnor- mal electrocardiogram with the incidence rate of 14.8%, followed by T wave change with the incidence rate of 6.67%. Conclusions： Although the three medicines are effective to electrocardiogram in child with schizophrenia, aripiprazole is safer with the low incidence rate of abnormal electrocardiogram.
