| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨火针结合正骨方法治疗颈椎性高血压的临床效果.方法 将100例颈椎性高血压病患者随机分为两组,治疗组50例,运用火针结合正骨方法进行治疗.对照组50例,口服硝苯地平控释片治疗.两组均以10d为1个疗程,2个疗程后观测血压变化情况,评定两组的临床疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为96％,对照组总有效率为52％,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P=0.038＜0.05）.结论 火针结合正骨治疗颈椎性高血压的临床效果显著,值得继续研究并推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical effect of fire needle combined with bonesetting on treating neck-originated hypertension. Methods 100 patients with neck-originated hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, 50 pa- tients in treatment group were treated with fire needle combined with bonesetting, the other 50 patients in control group received Nifedipine Controlled-Release Tablets. Changes of blood pressure were observed and clinical effect was eval- uated after two courses of treatment. Results Total effective rate ＇was 96% in treatment group and 52% in control group, the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P = 0.038 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of fire needle combined with bonesetting therapy in treating neck-ori~nated hypertension is obvious, it deserves further re- search and widespread use. |
