摘    要:AKD生产尾气二氧化碳中含有极微量的光气,使用氢氧化钠溶液吸收光气时会因为同二氧化碳反应而造成碱液大量消耗。本文以Na2CO3、NaHCO3溶液作为吸收液,研究吸收液浓度、pH值、吸收时间对吸收效果的影响,探索Na2CO3、NaHCO3溶液吸收光气的可行性。

Abstract:The tail gas of AKD had little phosgene, when NaOH solution was used to absorb phosgene, it would consume plenty of lye for reaction with CO2.The experiment applied Na2CO3 and NaHCO3 as absorption solution, and the effect of consistence and pH of solution and the absorbing time on the aborbing process was studied, the feasibility study of absorption of phosgene was explored.
