| 摘 要： | 女子高等院校作为多元化高等教育不可或缺的组成部分，在全球化的国际视野中，应当进一步加速女校的国际化进程，合理选择国际化策略，积极稳妥地推进女性高等教育的国际交流与合作向更广领域、更高水平、更深层次发展，从而提升我国女性高等教育的国际竞争力，更好地发挥女子高校在培养女性人才和促进男女平等方面不可替代的作用。

With enhanced international competition, women＇s universities and colleges will play better and unique function in training women personals and promoting gender- equality. |
