影响贲门癌术后切缘残留癌发生因素的研究

研究目的探讨影响贲门癌术后切缘残留癌发生的各种因素,为防止残留癌的发生提供理论依据。研究背景在影响残留癌发生因素研定中,多数文献仅强调切除长度的重要性,有关主体癌的生物学特性与其发生关系的研究甚少。研究方法标本切取瘤体中央、上下切缘及送检淋巴结。常规包埋制片。应用生物显微镜和流式细胞仪对主体癌的各种生物学特性进行观察和检测,并对其与残癌发生的关系进行统计学分析。研究结果残癌发生率为16.1％(75/465),其发生与切除长度及主体癌的恶性程度有关。结论影响残癌发生的直接因素是切除长度;间接因素是瘤体的大小;相关因素是主体癌的恶性程度。

Study of residual factors of residual tumor of the resected margins in cardiac adenocarcinoma

Objective To search for residual factors ofresidual tumors of the resected margins(RTRM)in ca rdiac adnocarcinoma after operation andprovide theoretical basis for proventing RTRM. Background hl study about factors ofresidual tumor,the importance was only put onthe resected length by many reports;there were afew reports about relationship between the biolog·jcal charrlerjsljcs and RTRM. Methods The samples Wel‘e obtained fromtumor centre up and low margins and lymphaticnodes、 and embeded and maked sectionsroutinely.The main tumors were observed andmeasured by a microscope and flow cytometry(FCM)1"oi‘their biological charcteristics,and ananalysis was performed for the relationship be—tween them and RTRM statistically. Results The rate of RTRM was 16.I％(75/465),and occurence of RTR M was relatedwith the length of the resected margins and themalignant biological behaviors ot’the maintumors. Conclusion The influence如ctors ot‘develov—ing of residual tumors al’e composed of the directfactor(1ength of the resected margins),theindirect factor(size of the main tumor)and thecorrelative factor(the malignant extent of maintumors).
