Abstract:The application of TBM in the construction of diversion inclined shaft of pumped-storage power station has many advantages in safety,quality and schedule.A large number of application researches on TBM construction in diversion inclined shaft of pumped-storage power station projects are studied.Based on the performance of TBM with variable diameter and variable slope,the layout schemes of diversion system of pumped-storage station project for variable diameter TBM construction are compared and analyzed,and the proposed layout scheme is demonstrated.The research shows that the layout of diversion system suitable for variable diameter TBM construction is two-stage inclined shaft layout,and the variable diameter TBM has obvious advantages in construction layout and progress.
