| 摘 要： | 随着中国城市化进程的加快和人民生活水平的提高,轨道交通作为一种新兴的客运交通方式将成为大城市交通中不可缺少的一部分.轨道交通对城市用地规划具有导向作用,它的出现会给大城市用地规划带来深刻的影响.就轨道交通对城市用地的影响作了分析,并提出了城市用地开发、轨道交通和常规交通线路网平衡关系的计算方法.

| Abstract: | With the acceleration of urbanization and the development of people's life standard,as a new travel method railway transport will become an inevitable part of urban traffic.Railway transport has an oriented diversion on urban land planning,its growth will bring deeply impulse on urban land planning. The railway transport impulse on urban land planning is analyzed and the computation methods for urban land development are put forward,including the balance of railway transport network density and common urban traffic network density. |
