"全营养混合液配制柜"在癌症患者营养支持治疗中的应用

目的探讨“全营养混合液配制柜”临床应用的安全性和肿瘤患者接受该柜配制营养液治疗的效果。方法通过“全营养混合液配制柜”共配营养液15000袋，对753例恶性肿瘤患者进行营养支持治疗。结果所有患者输注TNA液后均无发热，寒战，呼吸困难，恶心，呕吐，皮疹等不良反应，未发现肝功能异常、血清酶活性增高或引发胆囊疾病。310例围手术期患者输注TNA液，康复顺利，并顺利接受了手术、辅助化疗及放疗。123例消化道梗阻的肿瘤患者在化疗及放疗期间应用TNA液，毒副作用明显减轻，并顺利完成治疗。320例有伴有恶病质的晚期肿瘤患者在TNA液治疗后，Karnofsky（Kps）计分平均提高了11．6分。结论“全营养混合液配制柜”设计合理，应用方便，安全性好。肿瘤患者接受本柜配制的TNA液治疗能提高疗效，改善生活质量。

The Use of the Dispensing Cabinet of Total Nutrient Admixture in the Treatment of Cancer Patients

Objective To evaluate the security of the dispensing cabinet of total nutrient admixture(TNA) in the treatment of cancer patients and the thrapeutical efficiency of the nutrient sustenance regimen.Methods All of the 15000 bags of the total nutrient admixture dispensing by the cabinet were used by 753 cases with malignant tumour.Results All of the patients treated with the total nutrient admixture were free from the side effects such as fevershiverdyspneanauseavomitrash and so on.No patient with harmed liver function or increased activity of serum enzyme or induced gallbladder disease was found.310 patients treated with TNA in perioperative period recovered well and were dealed with operation and adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy.123 patients with enteron obstruction caused by malignant tumour transfused with TNA suffered more slight toxicity and side effect caused by chemotherapy and radiotherapy.The Karnofsky performance score(Kps) of 320 patients with cachexia caused by malignant tumour treated with TNA increased by 11.6 in average.Conclusion The dispensing cabinet of total nutrient admixture was designed resonably,and convenient and safe to be used.The quality of lives of the patients with malignant tumour treated with TNA dispensed by the cabinet could be ameliorated significantly.
