| 摘 要： | 黄芩茎叶总黄酮是黄芩茎叶的主要有效部位，以总黄酮１００ｍｇ．ｋｇ－１、５００ｎｇ．ｋｇ－１、２５ｍｇ．ｋｇ－１ｐｏ给药，可明显延长小鼠常压缺氧的存活时间，对ｉｖ垂体后叶素引起的大鼠心肌缺血有明显的对抗作用，并可增加离体豚鼠的冠脉流量

| Abstract: | Scutellaria baicalensis stem leaf total flavonoid (SSTF)is the main effective fragment of stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis.It is respectively geven by po(100mg.kg -1 ,50mg.kg -1 ,and 25mg.kg -1 )to mice and rats.The experimental results showed SSTF can obviously prolongate the survival time in mice under anoxic condition at normal atmospheric pressure and resist myocardical ischemia induced by pituitrin in rats,and increase the coronary flow in isolated hearts from guinea pigs. |
