| 摘 要： | 统一司法考试作为连接法学教育和法律职业的纽带,对中国现行的法学教育带来了重大影响。它架起了法学教育与法律职业之间的桥梁,改变了长期以来法学教育与法律职业脱节的现象。它不仅是司法和法律服务走向专业化的第一步,也是法学教育事业赖以生存的基础。
