| Abstract: | With the excursion exploitation planning of Hukou excursion region in the Yellow River in Yichuan country as example,it discusses the importance of the application of the preferential protection principle in the excursion planning,analyzes the existing problems in the excursion region,and brings forward the corresponding implementation method,which will realize the concordance and existing together between the human and nature. |
