钻井风险控制系统的研究进展

摘    要:为了控制钻井复杂与事故,国内外一直都致力于研究建立智能的钻井风险控制系统。通过调研分析NDS和eDrilling等国外成熟的钻井风险控制系统以及国内在钻井事故专家系统、利用智能方法识别钻井事故、远程钻井事故专家系统、借助综合录井仪进行钻井事故诊断等方面的成果,明确了我国自主开发钻井风险控制系统的必要性和紧迫性。进而提出并建立了国内钻井风险控制系统的整体架构方案,其应实现的功能包括系统整体架构、钻井实时数据库、实时数据采集、实时数据传输、实时数据可视化、钻井风险因素分析、井下风险诊断与预测。最后,介绍了所研发的钻井风险控制系统取得的阶段性成果,包括数据采集软件、数据传输与接收软件、钻井数据管理软件,基于模糊综合评价和BP神经网络两种智能方法的钻井复杂实时诊断与预测子系统。多次现场生产测试结果表明,该系统符合率和实用性均较高。

Abstract:In order to control drilling complexities and downhole accidents, intelligent drilling risk control systems have been studied for a long time at home and abroad. First, we analyzed several foreign mature drilling risk control systems, such as NDS and eDrilling, and some achievements in China: an expert system for drilling accidents, drilling accidents diagnosed with intelligent methods, a long distance expert system for drilling accidents, and drilling accidents diagnosed with comprehensive logging instruments. Also, we realize the necessity and urgency of China developed drilling control systems. Therefore, we proposed and developed a program of a future China developed drilling risk control system with functions of a whole system framework, real time drilling database, real time data acquisition, real time data transmission, real time data visualization, drilling risk factor analysis, diagnosis and prediction of downhole risks. Some advances were made in this developed drilling risk control system including data transmission and receiving software, drilling data management software, diagnosis and prediction software based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and BP neural network method. The accordance rate and practicability of this system were also validated by many field tests.
