镍基WC陶瓷涂层的干滑动摩擦磨损性能

摘    要:为了改善制动器的制动性能,即提高它的耐磨性和摩擦系数,对4种WC含量不同的镍基复合涂层的摩擦磨损性能进行了试验研究,并且利用扫描电子显微镜对复合涂层的磨损面进行了观察,在此基础上对其抗磨机理和WC含量对涂层摩擦磨损性能的影响进行了分析与讨论.试验结果表明,含WC硬质相的镍基复合涂层的耐磨性和摩擦系数都高于基体HT250,其原因是涂层具有较高的硬度和较好的韧性.

Abstract:To improve the braking performance of brakes, namely to increase the wear resistance and friction coefficient of brakes, the dry sliding wear and friction performances of Ni/WC coatings containing varied contents of WC particles are researched . Scanning electron microscope (SEM) has been used for observing the wear surfaces of the coatings, and the anti-wear mechanisms of the coatings and the influences of WC contents on the wear and friction performances of the coatings have been also discussed on the basis of the observations. The experimental results indicate that Ni/WC coatings possess better wear and friction properties than the substrate, the reasons of which are because of the higher hardness and better toughness of the coatings.
