《针灸学》课堂理论教学改革初探

摘    要:目的:探讨互动式教学在《针灸学》课堂理论教学中的教学效果,以寻找一种符合针灸学个性特点的新的课堂理论教学模式。方法:选择2002级中西医结合专业本科学生,按大班随机分为试验组及对照组,试验组采用互动式教学,对照组则用传统的教学模式及多媒体计算机辅助教学方式。考核采用理论考试与实际能力考核相结合,理论考试分数占60%,实际能力考核占40%。结果:试验组与对照组理论成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实际能力考核比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:互动式教学能促进教学互动,有利于学生更好理解应用针灸的基础及临床知识,提高了学生综合素质及临床思维能力。

Abstract:The objective of the present study was to research into the effect of interactive teaching on theory course of acupuncture and moxibustion for a new theory-teaching model in line with the characteristic of this subject.Certain large-classes of undergraduates selected from Grade 2002 of Chinese integrative medicine were randomly divided into the treatment and the control,with the former treated with interactive teaching and the latter with traditional teaching model & computer assisted multimedia instruction,and theory test(60%) and practical-capacity one(40%) was involved in evaluation.The result showed that the theory score of the treatment did not significantly vary from of the control(P>0.05),but the treatment demonstrated significantly higher practical-capacity score than the control did(P<0.01).In conclusion,interactive teaching can be helpful to a promotion of teaching interaction,further student’s understanding and use of basic/clinical knowledge about the subject,and an improvement of comprehensive quality and clinical thinking-ability,and these obtained better teaching effects indicate that the teaching model deserves further study,popularization and application.
