米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗瘢痕子宫早孕的疗效及安全性观察

目的探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗瘢痕子宫早孕的临床效果及安全性。方法将瘢痕子宫早孕引产患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗,对照组采用依沙吖啶(利凡诺)羊膜腔内注射治疗。观察2组引产情况及预后。结果观察组完全流产率为96.7%明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孕囊排出时间明显早于对照组,出血时间短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,胎膜残留、宫颈裂伤发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗瘢痕子宫早孕,可提高完全流产率,降低并发症发生率,具有较高安全性,明显改善了患者生存质量。

The efficacy and safety observation of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in scarred uterus of early pregnancy

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety observation of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in scarred uterus of early pregnancy. Methods 60 cases patients with scarred uterus of early pregnancy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 30 cases. Observation group were treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol, control group were received ethacridine （rivanol） intra-amniotic injection therapy. Observed induction of labor and prognosis of two groups. Results The complete abortion rate of observation group（96.7% ） was significantly higher that of control group（ 80.0% ）, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;The gestational sac expulsion time of observation group was significantly earlier than that of control group, bleeding time was shorter than that of control group, blood loss was significantly less than that of control group, the incidence of membranes residue, cervical laceration were significantly lower than that of control group, there were significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Mifepristone combined with misoprostol in scarred uterus of early pregnancy, can improve the complete abortion rate, reduce the incidence of complication, with higher security ,and significantly improve patients＇ quality of life.
