基于高校核心竞争力的知识产权保护研究

高校核心竞争力是高校获得持续竞争优势的能力。知识产权创造和保护能力是高校核心竞争力的重要标志。当前我国高校知识产权保护意识淡薄，保护制度不健全，评价和激励机制不完善，使得知识产权流失严重，自主知识产权创造和转化能力不足。高校要广泛开展知识产权普法教育，尽快制定知识产权战略，建立健全知识产权保护和管理体系，完善知识产权激励机制，鼓励知识产权创造和实施，以提升高校核心竞争力。

The Protection of Intellectual Property Righton Core Competence of Colleges and Universities

Core competence of colleges and universities is the power that gains sustainable competitive advantages. The ability of creating and protecting intellectual property right is an important symbol for core competence of colleges and universities. Currently in our colleges and universities, the awareness of protecting intellectual property right is indifferent, the protection system distempered, evaluating and stimulating mechanism incomplete, which cause serious loss of intellectual property, and disability of creating and transforming independent intellectual property. Colleges and universities should develop education of intellectual property right, constitute intellectual property right strategies, establish protection and management system, perfect stimulating mechanism, accelerate to create and transform intellectual property right, which is respected to promote core competence of colleges and universities.
