摘 要: | 人力资源的开发与管理是图书馆管理的核心,图书馆进行知识管理,需要有创新精神的专业化队伍。知识管理环境下图书馆馆员需要承担网络信息导航员、知识资源管理员、数字资源专家、信息素养师角色。人力资源知识管理的模式包括对馆员队伍建设的认识模式和实施模式。需要搭建图书馆知识管理信息门户的技术平台,使用信息协作共享技术,知识挖掘技术,智能代理Agent技术等,努力探索并为读者提供知识服务。

Abstract: | Human resource development and management is the core of library management. Carrying on the knowledge management, the library needs to have the innovative spirit specialized troop. Under the knowledge management environment, the librarian needs to undertake the roles of Network information navigator, knowledge resources manager, digital resources expert, information accomplishment teacher. Human resources knowledge management pattern includes librarian troop construction understanding pattern and implementation pattern. It needs to build the library knowledge management information gateway's technology platform, uses the information cooperation sharing technology, the knowledge excavation technology, the intelligent agent technology and so on The librarian should explore diligently and provide the knowledge service for the reader . |
