摘    要:同轴腔滤波器在微波电路中有着广泛的应用,在此研究如何利用3D全波场分析软件HFSS分析设计同轴腔滤波器.该分析包括谐振腔调谐螺钉、腔间耦合孔及输入输出激励的影响效应.基于上述分析,借助HFSS仿真优化得到一S波段滤波器.其实测结果与仿真相符,满足指标要求,并已成功应用于某航天工程中.这种结合传统理论和先进计算机技术的方法可以大大节省研制周期和生产成本,具有非常大的实用价值.

Abstract:Coaxial filters is widly used in microwave circuits.we research how to analysis and design coaxial filters used by a 3D full-wave field solver,HFSS.The 3D full-wave field analysis includes the effects of tuning screw,interstage coupling aperture and input/output coaxial excitation.Base on thess analysises,we work out a S-band coaxial filter aided by simulating and optimizing in HFSS.The result of the experimentation matched well with the result of simulation,and fulfiled technic targets.The coaxial filter has been used in a spaceflight project successfully.The way of combining the traditional theory with the advanced computer technology has great practical value,it can save much time and cost.
