摘    要:从褐煤的结构入手,选定了褐煤的3种模型化合物,使白腐真菌对其作用,并对微生物的培养条件进行优化,测定菌体生长曲线和胞外酶的活性,研究菌重和蛋白含量的变化,通过SDS.聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳实验检验菌体所产胞外蛋白。研究发现,云芝和金针菇能够在模型化合物存在条件下生长,其最佳培养条件为pH值6.0、碳氮比5、吐温-80、浓度0.1%,其中云芝的过氧化氢酶活力为0.173mg·ml^-1·min^-1,同时产生多酚氧化酶等。

Abstract:Begining with the lignite structure, three model compounds of lignite were choosen and effected by white rot fungi. Culture condition and extracellular enzyme activities were optimized. Growth curves of strains were determined to study on the changes of mycelium dry weight and protein content. Extracellular proteins were determined by SDS-PAGE. Research shows that C. Versicolor and Golden Mushroom can grow in presence of model compound. The optimum culture conditions were as follows pH 6. 0, carbon-nitrogen ratio 5, Tween 80 at the concentration of 0. 1% Catalase activity of C. Versicolor was 0. 173mg·ml^-1·min^-1, polyphenol oxidase etc were produced simultaneously.
