康复新液预防阿司匹林所致胃黏膜损伤疗效研究

摘    要:目的:观察中成药康复新液预防阿司匹林所致胃黏膜损伤的临床疗效.方法:将符合标准的100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组给予阿司匹林及康复新液治疗,对照组给予阿司匹林和雷贝拉唑治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效.结果:经治疗,治疗组患者总有效率为86.0%,与对照组的92.0%相接近,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为2.0%,明显低于对照组的16.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用中医康复新液预防阿司匹林所致胃黏膜损伤的临床疗效与质子泵抑制剂相似,且不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广应用.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the role of Chinese medicine kangfuxin liquid in the prevention of aspirin related gastric mucosat injury. Methods:Obiective: Method: A total of 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each. The treatment group were received aspirin and kangfuxin liqulid therapy, and the control group were treated with aspirin and rabeprazole capsules, the efforts were observed. Results:In treatment group, the total effective rate was 86.0%. The total effective rate of control group was 92.0%. The difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05) ; The treatment group on the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than the control group, the two difference has statistics significance(P〈 0.05). Conclusion:The role of kangfuxin liquid was similar with that of use proton pump inbibitors in the prevention of aspirin-- induced gastric mucosal injury, and a low incidence of adverse reactions, so it can be used in clinical practice.
