西沙必利结合中药口服治疗慢传输型便秘120例

为探讨西沙必利结合中药口服治疗慢传输型便秘（STC）的疗效，将225例STC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组120例采用口服西沙必利和内服中药治疗，对照组105例采用单纯口服西沙必利治疗。结果显示，治疗组与对照组临床治愈率分别为49．2％和10．5％（P〈0．01），治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为93．3％与61．0％，两组临床治愈率、总有效率比较有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结果表明，西沙必利结合中药口服治疗STC有较好的疗效。

Cisapride Combined with Chinese Herbs in the Treatment of Slow Transit Constipation of 120 Cases

This study was to investigate therapeutic effect of a combination therapy of cisapride and Chinese herbs in the treatment of slow transit constipation（STC）. The 225 patients with STC were ran- domly divided into treatment group and control one;treatment group（ n = 120） was given oral cisapride and Chinese herbs,while control group （ n =105） alone oral cisapride. As results,the clinical curative rate and total effective rate of treatment group were all significantly superior to that of control group（49.2% vs 10.5%,93.3% vs 61.0%, P 〈0.01）. It is concluded that this combination therapy has more better effect for treating STC.
