氧化铝(拟薄水铝石)的孔结构研究

摘    要:本文阐述了负载型催化剂常用载体γ-Al2O3其前驱物拟薄水铝石的孔结构特征。这些初始粒子保留它们的相应结构,并对拟薄水铝石在300℃以上焙烧转化为γ-Al2O3的孔分布有显著影响。介绍了如何区分无定形、拟薄水铝石和薄水铝石;考察了制备方法,焙烧、水热处理条件,扩孔剂及改进挤条或成型对γ、θ-Al2O3孔结构的影响。

Abstract:The structural characteristics of γ-Al2O3 and its pseudoboehmite precursor were discussed. These original particles retained their respective structures and had profound effect on pore size distribution of γAl2O3converted from pseudoboehmites upon calcination at above 300℃, Method for distinguishing among amorphous pseudoboehmite and boehmite were discussed. Factors affecting pore structure of resultant γ-and θ-Al2O3 were invesigated, such as preparation method, calcination and hydrothermal treatment condition, pore enlarger and improvement on extruding or forming process.
