Bcl-2和Bax在胆管癌中的表达及意义

目的　检测 4 9例肝外胆管癌和 10例正常胆管Bcl 2和Bax的表达。方法　免疫组化ABC法。结果　Bcl 2在胆管癌中阳性表达 (48.98% )显著高于正常胆管 (10 .0 0 % ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ;高、中分化胆管癌Bcl 2阳性表达显著高于低分化癌 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;胆管癌Bax阳性表达 (5 3.0 6 % )与正常胆管 (80 .0 0 % )相比无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,正常胆管Bax阳性表达显著高于Bcl 2阳性表达 (P<0 .0 1) ,而胆管癌中Bcl 2与Bax阳性表达无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　Bcl 2过度表达对胆管癌的发生可能起促进作用 ;胆管癌中Bcl 2低表达可能是预后不良的预测指标之一。

Expression and significance of Bcl-2,Bax in human cholangiocarcinoma

Objective To investigate the correlations of expres si on of Bcl-2, Bax with carcinogenesis and tumer progression of cholangiocarcinom a. Methods The expression of Bcl-2, Bax was detected by ABC i mmunohistochemical staining in 49 cases of human cholangiocarcinoma and 10 norma l bile duct specimen. Results The positive rate of Bcl-2 in cholangiocarcinoma was s ignificantly higher than that in normal bile duct (48.98% vs 10.00%). The po sitive rate of Bcl-2 in well-differentiated and mediated-differentiated chola ngiocarcinoma was remarkably higher than that in poorly-differentiated cases. I n normal bile duct, the positive rate of Bax were significantly higher than that of Bcl-2 (80.0% vs 10.00%). No statistical difference was observed between the positive rate of Bax in cholangiocarcinoma and that in normal bile duct. No significant difference was found between the positive rate of Bax and that of B cl-2 in cholangiocarcinoma. Conclusions Overexpression of Bcl-2 may promote the car cinogenesis of cholangiocarcinoma. The expression of Bcl-2 may be of value in p redicting the prognosis of patients with cholangiocarcinoma.
