基于Simul8的采购配送业务流程仿真优化研究

对采购配送业务流程进行仿真分析是流程优化的有效手段。以Si mul8作为建模仿真工具,以业务流程的周期时间作为仿真参数,以企业原有的流程图为基础,构建了一个静态仿真模型图。在此基础上以First in,First out作为主要调度策略,进行了仿真运行和分析,对原流程进行了改进,并据此构建了新的仿真模型。再次运行仿真的结果表明,改进后的流程标准差明显低于原流程,流程处理过程中的不确定性较少,准时供应能力大大增强。
