心理干预对部队官兵慢性前列腺炎症状的影响

目的探讨对部队慢性前列腺炎患者进行心理干预的方法，并评价心理干预对其的治疗效果。方法将本院门诊78例患慢性前列腺炎官兵随机分为干预组和对照组各39例，干预组行常规药物治疗加心理干预，对照组仅行常规药物治疗。治疗前和治疗4周后按慢性前列腺炎症状指数（CPSI）进行评分和统计学分析。结果心理干预组疼痛症状分及尿路症状分与对照组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），心理干预组的总分及生活质量影响分与对照组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01），心理干预组的总体有效率76．9％与对照组的59．0％比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论慢性前列腺炎患者在常规治疗的基础上配合心理干预治疗效果明显，能有效改善症状．提高生活质量。

Impact of Psychological Intervention on Servicemen with Chronic Prostatitis

Objective To explore the choice of psychological intervention on the patients with chronic prostatitis in army men and to evaluate the effect of the treatment. Methods Seventy-eight servcemen with chronic prostatitis at the out-patient department were divided into two groups at random. One was psychological intervention group, and the other was control group（ n = 30per group）. Every patient was investigated with National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom index 1 （NIH-CPSI） before the treatment and 4 weeks after, and the scores were analyzed with statistics processing. Results There were no statistical differences （P 〉 0.05） between psychological intervention group and the control group in pain scores and urinary tract symptom scores. The psychological intervention group was significantly better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） in total scores and life quality scores. The psychological intervention group was significantly higher （ P 〈 0.05 ） in effective rate. Conclusion Therapeutic efficacy of chronic prostatitis with psychological intervention and conventional therapy is better than only with conventional therapy. Psychological intervention can improve life quality of patients with chronic prostatitis.
