氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛47例临床观察

目的探讨氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择笔者所在医院2008年1月～2009年11月不稳定型心绞痛患者94例，随机将上述患者分为两组，观察组和对照组。对照组患者给予阿司匹林、美托洛尔、硝酸甘油、钙拮抗剂和低分子肝素等常规抗心绞痛治疗，观察组在对照组用药基础上给予阿托伐他汀和氯吡格雷，两组患者均治疗4周。结果两组患者治疗后，总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床效果显著，值得临床借鉴。

Clinical observation of ciopidogrel combined with atorvastatin on 47 cases with unstable angina pectoris

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin on unstable angina pectoris. Methods 94 cases with unstable angina pectoris were selected from January 2008 to November 2009, which were randomly divided into two groups, observation group and contrel group. Aspirin, metoprelol, nitroglycerin, calcium antagonist and low molecular weight heparin were used to the control group, on the base of the therapy of control group, clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin was given to observation group, the course was 4 weeks in two groups. Results The total of clinical efficacy in observation compared with that in control group, there was statistical difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin on unstable angina pectoris has significantly clinical efficacy, and the therapy should be the reference for doctors.
