电网暂态相继失稳风险评估及协调阻断方法研究

摘    要:以跨区互联电网为背景,以阻断电网发生暂态相继失稳、降低发生大停电事故风险、减少系统失稳控制代价为目的,提出了一种基于多代理技术的电网暂态相继失稳协调阻断方法。该方法首先基于确定性和风险分析方法,搜索多种工况下电网发生严重故障导致系统功角失稳情况后在相继事件作用下可能发生的暂态相继失稳模式及其事故链。然后,基于EEAC分群理论对控制策略进行搜索,解决不同失稳模式下的控制策略冲突问题,利用EEAC量化分析工具对不同控制措施进行排序。最后,以系统总风险最小为目标对预防控制和紧急控制进行协调优化。仿真验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:Set in cross-regional interconnected power grid, a coordinated control method based on the multi-agent technology is presented, which is used for blocking power grid transient successive instability, reducing the risk of blackouts and control cost. Based on certain and risk analysis method, it firstly searches the possible transient successive instability modes and fault chains under the action of successive events after system instability caused by severe faults. Then it searches control strategy based on EEAC grouping theory and solves the control strategy contradiction problem with different instability modes. On this basis, it utilizes EEAC quantification analytical tool to sort different control measures. Finally, with the objective of minimizing total system risk preventive control strategy and emergency control strategy are coordinated and optimized. The method is verified by simulation.
