摘    要:目的:对超声波辅助提取山核桃蒲黄酮工艺进行优化.方法:以山核桃蒲为原料,60%乙醇为提取剂,超声波功率250 W的条件下,采用二次通用旋转组合设计试验.在单因素基础上,选定料液比、提取温度和提取时间为试验因素,以黄酮得率、纯度为目标建立回归数学模型,通过试验结果进行方差分析及对数学模型进行优化得到黄酮的优化提取条件.结果:料液比1∶12、温度72℃、提取时间52min为超声波辅助提取黄酮的最佳工艺条件,此条件下黄酮得率2.19%,纯度可达到16.62%.结论:该数学模型对超声波辅助提取山核桃蒲黄酮是可行的.

Abstract:Objective:To optimize ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of flavonoids from peels of Carya cathayensis.Method:Based on peels of C.cathayensis as raw materials,60%ethanol as extraction agent,ultrasonic power 250 W,used quadratic general rotation unitized experimental to design.Based on single factor test,selected ratio of solid-liquid,extraction temperature and extraction time as factors,established regression mathematics model with yield and purity of flavonoids as target.Then got optimization of extraction conditions for flavonoids by analysing variance of test results and optimizing mathematical model.Result:Optimum ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology conditions of flavonoids were as follows:ratio of solid-liquid 1:12,extraction temperature 72 ℃,extraction time 52 min,under these conditions,yield of flavonoids was 2.19%,purity could reach 16.62%.Conclusion:This mathematics model for ultrasonic-assisted extraction of flavonoids from peels of C.cathayensis was feasible.
