摘    要:针对电力系统信号测量要求的抗干扰能力强、二次设备安全及宽频带的要求,设计一种宽频光隔离放大器,对隔离放大器的设计原理进行详细介绍,通过对隔离放大器各模块电路的传输特性分析,建立了相应的系统传递函数.仿真试验和实物试验结果表明,该隔离放大器将传输频带提升至1 MHz以上,工频信号传输精度误差小于0.2%,抗干扰能力有效增强,满足电力系统信号测量的实际需求.

Abstract:For the anti-interference, safety of secondary equipment and broadband requirements of the measurement signal transmission from the power system. A novel broadband optical isolation amplifier is designed. The design principle of isolation amplifier is introduced in detail, and the corresponding system transfer function is established by analyzing the transmission characteristics of each module circuit of isolation amplifier. The simulation and actual experimental results show that the transmission band is increased to more than 1MHz, the transmission accuracy error of power frequency is less than 0.2%, and the anti-interference ability is enhanced effectively, which can meet the actual requirement of signal measurement of power system.
