交联聚合物堵漏剂室内性能研究

摘    要:介绍了一种吸水膨胀性很强的交联聚合物堵漏剂GWS-1。对该堵漏剂进行了室内实验研究,分别评价了其在不同基液中的膨胀性能、耐温抗盐性能以及与水基钻井液的配伍性能,并分析了其堵漏机理。结果表明,GWS-1在几种基液中的体积膨胀倍数基本一致,常温下约为5~6倍;随着温度的升高,膨胀倍数相对增大,盐水矿化度对其膨胀性能没有明显影响,且与水基钻井液配伍性好。对GWS-1进行模拟堵漏实验得知,其配合常规桥塞材料能成功封堵3 mm裂缝,承压能力达到4 MPa以上,具有良好的堵漏效果。

Laboratory study on the performance of a crosslinked polymer plugging agent

Abstract:A strong swelling crosslinked polymer plugging agent named GWS-1 is introduced.In laboratory,the effect of different base fluids, temperature and salinity on the swelling performance,the compatibility with water-based drilling fluids, and its mechanism of plugging are studied respectively.The results show that,the times of swelling of GWS-1 in different base fluids is almost the same,which is 5 to 6 times at room temperature.As the temperature rises,the expansion ratio is relatively increased,while the salinity has no significant effect on its swelling performance,and GWS-1 is compatible with water-based drilling fluid.According to the results of plugging simulation experiment,GWS-1 does a good job on plugging,which can successfully seal 3 mm crack with conventional bridging materials under a pressure of 4 MPa.
