基于CAN总线的分布式产品老化测试系统

介绍了基于CAN总线的分布式电子产品老化测试系统，给出了分布式产品老化测试的具体实现方法，并对智能测控节点的硬件设计及测试实现方法作了较详细的说明。该系统可实现对电子产品的功能和性能作在线老化测试，报告出测试产品及其主要单元模块中的失效性，分拣产品故障，为改进工艺和提高质量提供决策。目前系统已投入智能水表、管网测控终端等智能产品的生产测试应用中，可推广应用于其它智能型电子产品的老化测试。

Distributed Testing System of Product Aging Based on CAN Bus

Distributed testing system of electronic product aging based on CAN Bus was introduced. The implementation method of the distributed testing system of product aging was given. The hardware design and realization method of intelligent testing and control node were described in detail. The system can accomplish the functions, including on-line testing the function and reliability of electronic product, reporting the failure of the electric product and major units to be tested ,sorting the faults of product. By the ways, the technology and quality of electric product can be improved. The system has been used in smart meter and measuring and control tube at present. It can also be applied to the other aging test of intelligent electric product.
